Payments

Sessions and packages are nonrefundable.

Payment reserves tutoring time and is due before the scheduled service begins. Payment becomes nonrefundable once any part of an introductory visit, single session, or package has started. For a package, service begins when the first package session starts. Before service begins, changes are handled under the 48 hour cancellation policy below. The four session and eight session packages must be used within 30 days. Unused sessions do not roll over and are not refunded after the package expires. The one time Fit Adjustment described below remains available.

Begin with the $36.50 First Step session.

New families are encouraged to use the introductory session before purchasing a package. This gives the parent and child an opportunity to decide whether Peach Path feels like a good fit.

If you have a concern

One time Fit Adjustment.

If you are unhappy after the first session of your first paid package, contact Marie within 24 hours. After a brief conversation, you may receive one complimentary adjusted session focused on the concern. This one time option does not use another package session; payments remain nonrefundable.

Cancellation

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• With 48 hours’ notice, the session may be rescheduled within the package’s original 30 day use period.
• With less than 48 hours’ notice, the appointment is counted as used and the session is lost.
• A missed appointment without notice is counted as used.
• If Peach Path cancels, the session will be rescheduled without penalty.
• Unexpected emergencies may be reviewed individually.

Travel

Travel outside 15 miles is $15 per visit.

Travel within 15 miles of 30680 is included. A $15 travel fee is added to each visit outside that area. The same rule applies when meeting in a parent reserved private library room.

Adult presence

A parent or guardian remains present.

A responsible adult must remain at the home or library throughout the tutoring session. For library tutoring, the family is also responsible for reserving the private room.
